This morning we leave for home.  

Our flight will take us from Yellowknife to Vancouver then directly to home.

Many of us from the Lodge were on the same flight to Vancouver but from there we all go our separate ways to get home.

When we landed in Vancouver we debated visiting the city because we have an 8 hour layover, but decided not to leave the airport.  We had our boots on and we were quite tired so decided to grab some lunch then head to the lounge.

Lounge was comfortable, had some lunch, a few drinks, charged the phone and downloaded some podcasts for the trip home.

Flight was on time, and was quite comfortable, it only took 5 hours and 40 minutes to fly from Vancouver to Halifax - Direct flight.  We had checked our luggage in Yellowknife and they actually arrived in Halifax.  I must say that this entire trip with Air Canada was really quite good, no delays, no lost luggage and we got some meals as well. 

All in all the entire trip was excellent.
